About the Journal

Jurnal Master Penjas & Olahraga (JMPO) has a mission to spread knowledge that informs extraordinary educational research from various conceptual, theoretical, and empirical traditions. Various perspectives, criticisms, and theories related to pedagogy, are conceptualized as a way of teaching and learning in many spaces, scientific disciplines, and discourse. JMPO encourages writers to analyze and create alternative spaces where this phenomenon impacts and influences pedagogical practices in a variety of ways, from classrooms to forms of public pedagogy. Manuscripts must be written in English or Indonesian. This journal is published twice a year, namely in April and October.

Writing Style and Language Guidelines

To our esteemed authors, we inform you that starting from Edition 6 Issue 2 October 2025, the writing style and language in the Journal of Master Physical Education and Sports (JMPO) must use English. Therefore, for authors who have already submitted using Indonesian, please resubmit or revise on your respective dashboard profiles.
